Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Lead Service Valet in Ventura/Santa Clarita, CA. This part-time role supports area leadership, oversees service routes, and helps train and mentor Service Valets while ensuring safety and quality in daily trash collection operations.

You will cover for Area Leaders when needed, respond to issues, and help drive continuous improvements across districts. Evening shifts, outdoor work, and a path toward higher responsibility are offered.

Responsibilities

• Cover Area Leader duties during absences and manage service areas.
• Train and support Service Valets; onboard new staff as needed.
• Conduct audits of service quality, safety and efficiency.
• Fill in on trash collection routes during high volume or absences.
• Respond quickly to issues and escalate when needed.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Support multiple districts as needed.
• Assist with container delivery and client launches.
