Job summary

Army Navy Country Club in Fairfax, VA is seeking a P.M. Line Cook Supervisor (Cook 1) to lead the line, cook high-quality menu items, and maintain a safe, efficient kitchen under the direction of the Executive Chef.

The role requires 3–5 years of line cook experience in a high-volume setting, strong teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, with a benefits package and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of line cook experience in high-volume kitchen.
• Proficiency in multiple cooking methods.
• Current food handler's card.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Lead/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Supervise line cooks during service and coordinate workflow.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and plating.
• Ensure sanitation and safety across kitchen.
• Communicate updates with Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
