Job summary

Bright Horizons in Georgetown, KY is seeking an Early Childhood Instructional Coach to empower teachers with resources, support, and professional development.

You will lead a team to implement high-quality curriculum, mentor new teachers, and partner with families while upholding anti-bias education and state requirements.

This in-person role requires background checks and a CDA with plan to complete an associate degree, plus 3+ years of classroom experience.

Qualifications

• CDA with an educational plan to complete associate degree required.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development preferred.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in quality child care/preschool settings required.
• Experience in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
• Be a curriculum expert and use quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
• Partner and communicate effectively with families while mentoring new teachers.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements per state agency.

Education

CDA with an educational plan to complete associate degree

Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development related field

At least three years of professional experience teaching in high-quality child care or preschool settings

NAEYC-accredited center experience preferred
