Job summary

Bright Horizons in Princeton, IN is seeking an Early Childhood Instructional Coach to empower teachers with resources, support, and ongoing professional development. Your expertise in child development will uplift classrooms, foster reflective practice, and raise program quality across the center.

You will lead curriculum implementation, mentor new teachers, collaborate with families, and model best practices in an anti-bias, developmentally appropriate environment.

Qualifications

• CDA with an educational plan to complete associate degree required.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• At least three years of professional teaching experience in quality child care settings.
• Experience in an NAEYC-accredited center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
• Act as curriculum expert and use quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
• Partner with families, mentor new teachers, and model best practices for the teaching team.
