Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Early Childhood Instructional Coach to empower teachers with developmentally appropriate curriculum, anti-bias education, and strong classroom leadership to help every child thrive.

You will mentor staff, partner with families, and ensure program quality across centers. Requirements include a CDA with an educational plan toward an associate degree or higher in early childhood education, and at least three years of classroom teaching experience.

Qualificações

• Requires CDA with plan to complete an associate degree.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• At least three years of professional teaching experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• NAEYC-accredited center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and anti-bias education.
• Be a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
• Partner with families, mentor new teachers, and model effective teaching practices.
