GRBS Inc. invites you to join our team as Lead Custodian for Byron Center Public Schools. This is a full-time evening role, Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Lead cleaning operations, mentor staff, perform building walkdowns, and ensure safety and quality in all tasks. We value integrity, teamwork, and dedication; benefits include paid holidays after 1 year, PTO, daily pay, health insurance, 401K, and growth opportunities.

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
