Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Lead Custodian for Byron Center Public Schools. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, with one weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly, at $17.00/hour.

You will execute cleaning processes, lead a team, uphold safety, and ensure clear communication with staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash; other cleaning tasks as assigned.
