3Point Cleaning is seeking a lead/flex custodian in Bangor, ME, to perform evening janitorial duties at multiple client sites. The role involves driving between locations, logging tasks via a mobile app, and working to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

The position offers part-time hours with a start pay of $19 per hour, plus potential sign-on bonuses, benefits, and paid time off. Training and all necessary supplies are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform typical janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, bathrooms, kitchens).
• Willing to work evenings and comply with schedule.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation.
• All ages encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide custom commercial cleaning services across multiple buildings.
• On-the-job training provided with supplied equipment and uniform.
• Used a phone app to complete daily tasks and log work.
• Drive to different locations during evening hours (4PM–12AM).
• Maintain a positive work environment and follow company policies.
