Job summary

Orchard Health & Rehab is hiring a Laundry Aide for full-time evening shifts in Pulaski, GA. You will fold, sort, wash, dry and disinfect linens, keep laundry areas clean, and assist with stain removal while maintaining a respectful and team-oriented environment.

We value reliability, basic math and communication skills, and familiarity with Outlook/Excel/Word. Benefits include PTO, holidays and insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Folds and sorts clothes.
• Hangs clothes on racks according to name and numbers.
• Washes and dries clothes and linens.
• Keeps equipment clean and follows cleaning schedules.
• Sweeps and mops laundry area.
• Empties washers and dryers as requested.
• Cleans and disinfects linen carts as requested.
• Stain removal."Promotes the image and reputation of the System.
• Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
