Job summary
Eurofins USA Clinical Trial Solutions is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform tests and analyses under supervision, including specimen management, pipetting, instrument operation, data entry, and storage. The role emphasizes SOP adherence, cleanliness, calibration, and safety with a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift and full-time benefits.
Qualifications include a BS/BA in a biological, physical, or chemical science, or related field with requisite biology/chemistry/mathematics coursework, plus data
Qualifications
- BS or BA in Biological, Physical, or Chemical Science.
- Or degree in related field with 16 Biology hours, 16 Chemistry hours and 3 Math hours.
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Examine samples for validity and requirements.
- Perform sample preparation with accurate pipetting.
- Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Perform reagents and materials preparation for testing.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
- Document remedial action, troubleshooting and QA activities.
- Adhere to SOPs, timelines, quality and safety standards.
- Data entry into the LIMS.
- Label and route samples to proper areas.
- Store specimens for short/long term storage.
