Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Laboratory Technician to perform routine analytical testing in support of food safety, quality and regulatory programs. You will document results, monitor instrumentation, run calibrations and maintain records.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and collaboration across teams. Shift is 3 PM–11 PM EST, Mon-Fri with potential weekend coverage and day/night shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Routine analytical testing conducted per SOPs.
• Calibration checks and preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Document results into databases and communicate results to internal customers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quantitative and qualitative tests on raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Document results and times, and ensure data integrity in databases.
• Run calibrations and assist with maintenance of analytical instrumentation.
• Support compliance programs and escalate issues as needed.
