Qualifications

• Preferred: experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Maintain currency in the field, including licensure/certification through ongoing education and training.
• Participate in process improvement by identifying areas for improvement and supporting changes.
• Collect samples for laboratory testing and prepare specimens according to procedures.
• Provide patient- and family-focused service, addressing questions and concerns.
• Support laboratory operations including registrations, scanning, and send-outs, and monitor logs.
