Job summary

Lyons Magnus is seeking a Bench Technician to join the Quality Assurance team in Walton, KY. The role focuses on verifying pre-production analyses, calibrating lab equipment, and guiding Operations on product corrections to ensure compliance before filling.

You will pull formulas for daily production, document results in ERP, and escalate failures as needed. Strong attention to detail and teamwork with QA, Product Development and Operations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to make batch adjustments with sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Verify pre-production analytical results and adjust work orders to ensure compliant finished product.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment daily and support QA in problem solving with Operations.
• Enter results accurately into ERP or customer database and generate reports.
• Support daily production by updating formulas for next run and reporting failures.
• Coordinate with QA technicians and product development to prevent recurrence of failures.
