Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and walking.
• Willingness to learn standard cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dish machine or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Place cleaned dishes and utensils in storage areas.
• May receive and organize stock from vendors.
• Sort and dispose of trash in designated pickup areas.
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.
