Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Utility Worker for Taylor University in Upland, IN. This part-time evening role includes a free meal during shifts and opportunities for growth within a respected national food service company.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, maintaining clean work areas, and helping with stock and trash removal. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred; strong safety and customer service standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, standard cleaning methods and equipment used in dishwashing work.
• Ability to exert continuous physical effort including frequent bending, walking and lifting.
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
• Superior customer service standards.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.
