Job summary

Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, NJ is seeking to add utility workers and dishwashers to its culinary team. This FullTime Evening Shift role supports kitchen, dining and storage areas, with hours ending by 9 PM and weekend/holiday availability.

Compensation ranges from $16.25 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits per eligible state law. You will help maintain organization, assist with inventory and stocking, and follow safety procedures while using PPE to keep our kitchen

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including PPE
