Job summary

Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, NJ is hiring utility workers and dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly. Full-time evening shift, out by 9PM, with weekend and holiday availability.

Compensation ranges from $16.25 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits and 401(k) match available. You will help maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and storage areas; assist with inventory and stocking, and follow safety protocols including PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including PPE.
