Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or kitchen.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members.
• Open availability for evenings and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening and closing Back-of-House operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Coach and develop Kitchen Team Members to maintain high standards.
• Provide strong leadership presence during evening shifts.
• Ensure high-quality food production, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Protect profitability by reducing waste, managing labor, and lean inventory.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Communicate goals and results with the team daily.
