• Three to five years of cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that job expectations are met.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address disciplinary issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the point of contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
