Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dish Room/Washing Duties: operate dish machine, maintain temps, clean and store dishes.
• Cleaning: remove trash, breakdown boxes, deep clean kitchens, assist other areas.
• Guest Service: assist guests and internal customers, support team
• Cost Control: use equipment properly, minimize waste and breakage.
• Works Safely: maintain clean, safe work area; follow procedures and emergency rules.
• Self Management: plan and prioritize tasks, attend meetings and adhere to policies.
• Other Duties: plate for banquets, prep vegetables, assist as needed.
