Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a PM Shift Dishwasher for the Holiday Inn Dulles area.

This role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishware, operating the dish machine, and completing routine kitchen cleaning tasks while ensuring compliance with health regulations. The position is Sunday through Thursday for PM shifts, with a pay rate of $17–$18 per hour. The base pay is part of a comprehensive compensation package including benefits.

Qualifications

• Some High school coursework required.
• Must be dependable, pay attention to details, be customer focused and have the ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast paced environment.
• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dish Room / Washing Duties: Maintains the dish machine, ensuring minimum temp requirements are maintained.
• Cleaning: Responsible for removal of trash, breaking down boxes, railroad scheduled cleaning, and maintaining floors.
• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to varying levels of business to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Cost Control: Responsible for proper use of all equipment and reduction of waste.
• Works Safely: Maintains a clean and safe work area and follows procedures.
• Self Management: Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties.
• Other Duties: May plate for banquet events or assist other areas as needed.
