Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service and food preparation preferred.
• Experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes.
• If 18+, proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Possession of a valid food handler's card as required by county regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (slicers, mixers, grinders, processors).
• Maintain understanding of hot and cold food preparation techniques.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and health codes for a safe environment.
• Wash dishes and keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Fulfill other duties as directed by supervision.
