Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tends foods that are cooking and tests progress; adjust time/temperature as directed.
• Peels/washes/cuts vegetables, fruit, meat and other foods; measures ingredients per recipes.
• Prepares servings for trays and food trucks; observes sanitation and safety standards.
• Cleans utensils and work areas; stores food properly and follows instructions.
• Obtains and arranges food, supplies and utensils; prepares ovens, grills and equipment.
