East-West-College-of-the-Healing-Arts seeks an experienced Kinesiology instructor to teach in the Massage Therapy Program. The role focuses on skeletal and muscular systems relevant to massage practice, delivered in the Fall term evenings.

The instructor will engage adult learners, assess progress, maintain records, and collaborate with faculty to align concepts across the curriculum, supporting student success and professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist or health care provider with coursework in Kinesiology.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver introductory level instruction in Kinesiology with emphasis on skeletal and muscular systems relevant to massage therapy practice.
• Assess student learning through quizzes, homework, and other assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress.
• Provide regular feedback and support to students.
• Collaborate with other faculty to integrate course concepts across the massage therapy curriculum.
