Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids is seeking a part-time Kickback Attendant for 4:00pm–8:00pm, up to 16 hours per week. The role supports a manager reception, provides hospitality, and ensures a clean, welcoming lounge and kitchen area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and local services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items.
• Warm, friendly demeanor when communicating with guests.
• Ability to speak and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Make the 5:30 p.m. Kickback enjoyable for guests.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for team members and guests.
• Oversee Kickback for guests through food prep and cleanup.
• Keep kitchen and lobby clean and organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and stocked supplies.
