Qualifications

• 5 years of field experience or completed trade school/apprenticeship is required.
• Appropriate state certification or license is required.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans or specifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned location and work on sanitary waste, vent, process waste, and water systems.
• Measure, cut, thread or bend pipe using hand or power tools or machines.
• Locate and mark pipe installations and connections using rulers or levels.
• Test pipes or fixtures for leaks and assemble pipe sections and fittings.
• Install pipe assemblies and fixtures, ensuring safety and quality.
