Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a full-time Janitor for the Rolls Royce site in Indianapolis, IN. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with a strict attendance policy and $17.00 hourly pay.

Candidates need at least 1 year of light industrial or commercial cleaning experience and will receive on-the-job training; insurance options begin after 90 days. Responsibilities include trash removal, floor care, cleaning of walls and windows, sanitizing

Must have at least 1 year of experience in light industrial or commercial cleaning.
Strict attendance policy.

Responsibilities

Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
Dusts and damp mops floors.
Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement.
Cleans assigned areas with the use of cleaning materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces.
Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
Seeks out areas needing cleaning and completes tasks.
Performs tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Follows federal, state and county guidelines.
Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
Contributes to the team with professionalism.
