Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a full-time Janitor to help keep Medtronic facility in Lafayette, CO clean and welcoming. Working Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am, you will perform heavy cleaning tasks and maintain a safe environment. Fixed pay rate is $19.85 per hour with weekends off and health insurance benefits.

Experience is not required; on-the-job training is provided. The role includes opportunity for two raises per year for up to three years of employment and access to

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary. Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors and moves equipment as needed.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces.
