B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Supervisor for the Southern Columbus, Ohio region. You will lead a team, manage cleaning operations, and ensure safety and quality while communicating with staff and management.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, inspecting sites, training employees, and enforcing policies. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, sick leave, 6 paid holidays, and ESOP participation.

Responsibilities

• Order and stock cleaning supplies as needed, perform and document routine site inspections, perform scheduled project work, cover buildings in your area if needed.
• Lead a team of 15+ people, delegate tasks, answer company phone and emails, participate in meetings and check-ins with management.
• Hire, train, and ensure all employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment and notify management of deficiencies or repairs.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete trainings from corporate.

B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in the Southern Columbus, Ohio Region.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, has the drive to make sure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and can work and communicate well with others. Someone who will do their absolute best to maintain a clean and safe workplace for our location and our team.

Compensation & Hours:

• B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries which can be negotiated based on experience & skill set.
• Full time employees are eligible for benefits which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, Paid Sick Leave, & 6 paid holidays.
• Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business.
• All supplies, equipment, and travel expenses are paid for/provided by the company.
• Typical schedule: Typical schedule will be from Monday-Friday, 6-8 hours per night, 5:30pm - 12am., Saturdays as needed.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office
