Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner in Minnesota. You will receive $20.00/hour, with shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5:00 PM to 10:15 PM. Training will be provided in state-of-the-art cleaning practices using green-sealed supplies.

You’ll be a friendly, reliable team member responsible for cleaning surfaces, removing trash, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Benefits include daily pay, medical, dental and vision, and retirement options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Some janitorial experience required (we train you).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, leaks and drips to supervisor.
