ServiceMaster Commercial Services in Hibbing, MN is seeking a Part-Time Janitorial Staff member to maintain a clean, safe workplace. This role offers evenings/nights Monday–Friday, a flexible schedule, and starting pay of $17 per hour. Candidates with attention to detail and reliability are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. No prior janitorial experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Safety-toed shoes are required; other PPE will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
