ServiceMaster Commercial Services in Hibbing, MN is hiring for a Part-Time Janitorial Staff to keep our facilities clean and welcoming. You’ll perform routine cleaning tasks, maintain restrooms, and ensure common areas are tidy and safe while working evenings or nights.

This role offers a starting wage of $17 per hour, a flexible part-time schedule (20 hours per week), and opportunities for annual raises and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Safety-toed shoes are required; other PPE will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
