Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift General Cleaner to maintain clean and safe facilities. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 9:30pm with some Saturdays, offering an hourly rate of $13.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting team members. Physical tasks include lifting and moving supplies, with PPE required for safety. Prior carpet cleaning or waxing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must understand job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, and handle trash and dispensers.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Willingness to assist others and work with the team.
• Uses PPE correctly (safety glasses and vinyl gloves).
• Carpet cleaning and floor waxing experience is a plus.
• Follows basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage supplies.
