Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Cleaner for Hudson, WI. The role involves cleaning all common areas, restrooms, entrances, and related spaces on a Monday–Friday 5pm–1am schedule, with full-time employment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation to job sites. The position requires physical stamina to bend, kneel, carry, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean basic areas including restrooms, entrances, and common areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
