Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across multiple sites in Wisconsin. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning.
• Clean, sanitize, restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and incidental spills.
