Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Brookshire, TX location to oversee janitorial staff and ensure smooth operations during the 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift. You will lead the team, assign duties, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will monitor performance, communicate tasks, and support the manager in maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial supervisory experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by assisting the manager to ensure the day’s scope of work gets done.
• Ensure assigned janitorial duties are completed.
• Apply work standards for janitorial staff in line with company practices.
• Monitor and report performance during the shift to the manager.
• Communicate daily assignments and messages from the manager to staff.
