Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for evening janitorial duties. The role runs 5:30pm-9:30pm with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. You will clean, wipe surfaces, restock supplies, take out trash, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

As a frontline team member, you will be trained in our green-sealed cleaning practices and become a valued member of the team with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE per OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash from the facility.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Identify and report repairs, leaks, or drips to improve facility upkeep.
