Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for the Evening Route. The role runs 4:30pm–12:30am with an hourly pay of $15.00. The position requires driving to multiple client sites and completing cleaning tasks as directed by the Route Supervisor.

Ideal candidates will have janitorial experience (training provided), pass a drug screen and background check, and comply with safety guidelines. Reliable transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive own vehicle to and from each business we clean and will complete all cleaning tasks as given by the Route Supervisor.
• Complete all cleaning tasks as instructed by Route Supervisor.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
