Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clean background check and reliable personal vehicle.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisor/leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and guidance to our janitorial team members
• Quality checking janitorial accounts
• Coaching and training employees
• Ensuring account coverage
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
