Job summary

ServiceMaster Twin Cities is seeking a dedicated janitorial professional to clean and maintain facilities, using our products and procedures. You will vacuum, mop, empty trash, clean windows, restock dispensers, and manage supplies while ensuring safety with PPE and security protocols.

The role requires good English communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 1–2 years of related experience is a plus, and a clean background is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a custodian/janitor/housekeeper preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have a clean background.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning tasks include vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning windows, restocking dispensers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
