Responsibilities

• Manage daily janitorial operations, staffing, schedules, assignments, and service priorities.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas.
• Conduct frequent inspections and correct deficiencies before impacting customers.
• Lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, safety, and quality.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, inventories, and work orders.
• Build relationships with customers, café staff, fitness staff, and facility leadership.
• Respond to customer requests, concerns, and service needs promptly.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE.
• Adjust cleaning frequencies based on facility usage and traffic.
