Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Lead Cleaner to join our Saint Paul team. This full-time role includes cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, and facilities, with a 4pm-12am schedule from Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, lifting, standing).
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willingness to work assigned hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Attend to flooded areas and spill cleanup as needed.
