Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas and spaces.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break areas.
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Handle additional duties including spill cleanup and related tasks.
