Stathakis is seeking a dependable Crew Lead for a part-time, on-site position in Belleville, MI. The role works Monday–Friday evenings from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with an hourly rate of $16.50. The Crew Lead performs janitorial duties, supervises the team, and ensures a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and work habits.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.
• Clean common areas and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the building.
• Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific instructions.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned.
• Back checking teams work and submitting reports
