The Crew Lead performs general janitorial duties, ensures a clean and safe facility, and may back-check the team’s work and submit reports. Ideal candidates value cleanliness, teamwork, and reliability, and are able to work independently while following safety procedures and site-specific

Qualifications

• Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and work habits.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, bending, and routine lifting.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies
• Clean common areas and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the building
• Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific instructions
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned
• Back checking teams work and submitting reports

Position Summary
