Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner in Minnesota. The role offers full-time or part-time day shifts with 7:00AM–3:30PM hours, training in green-sealed cleaning methods, and a friendly team environment.

Compensation includes $17.00 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus (split after 45 and 90 days). Join a team that values reliability, courtesy, and diligence in maintaining safe facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary, per OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks and drips as you notice them.
