Frantz Building Services is seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner for Owensboro, KY on the 2nd shift (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM). Full-time, weekly pay, and a safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and break areas to meet company standards.

Must wear steel-toed boots and have reliable transportation. We offer training, paid onboarding, and benefits such as health coverage and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe environment throughout the facility in offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Remove trash and replace liners; transport recyclables as needed.
• Spot clean surfaces, doors, glass, and entryways; dust mop and damp mop floors.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and detail vacuum weekly; clean restrooms and break areas.
• Assist in maintaining lobby, conference rooms, plant offices, and exterior spaces as directed.
