Frantz Building Services in Owensboro, KY is seeking a night-shift cleaning team member to maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, break areas and other high-traffic spaces, ensuring a spotless environment.

Your duties include trash collection, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning glass/doors, with all daily tasks completed within scheduled times. Notably, a reliable transport and safety boots are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk for extended periods.
• Steel toed boots or shoes required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
