ServiceMaster is hiring part-time evening janitors in Northwest Houston to create cleaner, healthier environments for customers, students, and grounds. This role offers paid training, growth potential, and a supportive team in a 6:00 PM–10:00 PM shift across multiple positions.

Ideal candidates may have previous janitorial experience or be eager to learn, with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, on-time attitude. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and on time.
• Respect for co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper PPE and safety gear as required.
• Site Security — Open/lock facilities and manage security systems when needed.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.
