ServiceMaster in Northwest Houston is seeking an evening janitorial team member to create cleaner, healthier environments for our customers, their students, and the grounds.

Join one of three part-time shifts, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM, with positions 1: Sunday–Thursday, 2: Friday–Tuesday, 3: Wednesday–Saturday. Paid training, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement are offered in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus, but not required.
• On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.
• A positive attitude — in uniform, dependable, and on time.
• Respect for co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper PPE where required, including hard-toe shoes, hard hat, and safety vest.
• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.
